1. I have read and understood the details and specifications of the project contained in the website of Orange Properties.

2. The areas mentioned in the plan are reasonable estimates but may be subject to change due to statutory requirements and if so, the implication will be binding.  
    However, I have been also informed that the exact area will be as per the agreement, which will be executed by us with you.

3. I understand that Orange Properties will allocate the Car Parking as per the norms.

4. I am aware that there will be deduction of 30% if any cancellation within 7 days from the date of booking, any cancellation thereafter the entire booking amount will be
    forfeited.

5. The booking amount and the Agreement amount shall be paid as per the terms mentioned in Application.

6. I also understood that, I should enter into agreement in the specified time period mentioned in the application, failing which, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.

7. I will abide by the relevant agreements of Orange Properties.

8. Complaints if any shall be addressed to the Sales Coordinator, Orange Properties.
